The staff are attentive and superfriendly. The ambiance is quiet. I have stayed in an a double room with coffee/tea making equipment, an ironing set, and a work desk.

The location was favourable, relatively close to a superb private museum. The breakfast was great overall.

I was happy with hotel's amazing location in the best part of town. Location: the venue was right by Puebla and Mexico. A cool bonus was nearby Celias' Cafe, that offered tea and coffee. It was special stay, I did not want to leave there and would like to go back there again.

This hotel really impressed us with its attention to detail. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfy bed and good wifi. The location was fantastic, with museums just a short walk away.

One minor area for improvement could be the noise level in the rooms.

Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. the staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Secondly, the hotel itself was a stunning colonial-style building that had been beautifully renovated and maintained. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, from the elegant furnishings to the well-equipped gym. Additionally, the location was perfect, with museums and other attractions within a short walking distance. And let me not forget the breakfast - it was simply delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel provided great value for money and was a truly memorable experience.

I had the most amazing stay at this renovated colonial house in Puebla. The attention to detail and tasteful decor made me feel like I was in a luxurious retreat. The staff, from the security to the cleaning and restaurant staff, were all incredibly kind and professional, always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even helped me out when I faced some difficulties during my trip. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, including mouthwatering cakes from the local bakery. The location was perfect, near the city center, and the view from the rooftop pool was breathtaking. The gym was also well-equipped. I especially enjoyed dining at the restaurant "Le Crapaud," where I indulged in international cuisine of the highest quality. I can confidently say that Casona De Los Sapos Hotel Boutique is one of the best places I have ever stayed at. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Puebla, and I highly recommend it to others.

That the water was not complimentary, which was not clearly indicated. Additionally, there was a night with loud music playing from midnight to 4 am, which disrupted my sleep.

During my Easter getaway, I had a lovely experience at this hotel. The staff was always attentive and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. , the restaurant's menu offered delicious dishes that I couldn't resist. this hotel was located in a very safe area, in the heart of the city, just a few blocks away from all the attractions I wanted to visit. One more thing I loved were the spacious and well-appointed rooms that were perfect for a comfortable stay.

Although I enjoyed my experience at this hotel, there were a couple of negative things that I didn't like. the temperature in the restaurant area was too cold due to the strong air conditioning.

The rooms were elegant, clean and very comfortable, with exclusive amenities that were always perfectly restocked. The restaurant menu was delicious and had something for every taste, and the in-room breakfast was a real treat. Additionally, the location was perfect and close to everything I wanted to see in the area.

My only minor issue was that the restaurant space was a bit chilly due to the strong air conditioning, but otherwise everything was perfect. The Spa & wellness centre was not available, but I had anticipated this before arriving and made alternative arrangements elsewhere.
